I lived in one of their properties over the summer, and it was clean, newly renovated, and affordable (also pretty close to a supermarket). It never needed huge repairs, but the smaller things (fixing a doorknob, etc.) were handled very quickly. The best part of this experience was just interacting with the management, especially Matthew Short. I won't get into too many personal details, but they really saw the humanity in each of their tenants and tried their best to resolve tensions even if it wasn't their duty. I won't forget that consideration. I've lived in a few different places over the years, so I can say it was pretty unique. 10/10 would rent again.

I rent a Dwight Real Estate property, and they’re responsive and treat tenants like real people, not just a commodity. DRE has always been good about taking care of miscellaneous repairs and upkeep, too. I couldn’t be happier with them.

I've had such a positive experience and LOVED renting with Dwight Real Estate over the past year. Apartment was so clean and renovated beautifully (at an affordable price point and convenient location), and maintenance/staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to everything. Both Oscar and Matt were so easy to work with, and were flexible when we needed to work out a change to the lease dates. I feel lucky to have found such a gem of an apartment. Would 100% recommend!!
